Sophie was designed to be approachable and user-friendly, which has increased the adoption of Ask HR within our company. With over 600 employees at SLTN, there are naturally many questions on the minds of our colleagues. Whether it’s personal situations, such as vacations, a wedding or the birth of a child, or numerical questions about salary or lease amounts – Sophie provides 24/7 support. Employees get their questions answered anytime, anywhere via this chatbot.

The data of SLTN and our employees are not used to further train the AI, so the privacy of our colleagues is fully guaranteed.

How Ask HR came about
Ask HR was born out of our search within SLTN AI Services for ways to apply innovation. We ran several proof of concepts with various technologies and eventually partnered with IBM. The updated IBM Watsonx platform turned out to be excellent for applications such as the Ask HR chatbot. With Ask HR, we are taking an important step in the digitization of HR processes. It combines technological innovation with human needs, allowing us to grow together and focus on what really matters.
