SLTN helps achieve AVR’s ambition: make something without value valuable again

AVR is a specialist in processing different types of waste: household and company waste, waste wood and hazardous waste.

In conjunction with SLTN, AVR is working on a futureproof IT environment. The cooperation began with a transition from AVR’s IT infrastructure, in which SLTN is responsible for the administration and 24/7 support.

Martin Geerders, IT manager at AVR, tells us more: “Our business processes are operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These business processes are supported by our IT, which needs to be available at all times as well. As AVR, we are part of a dynamic environment in the midst of the circular economy and energy transition. We are also continuously adapting our business processes and our IT systems to this transition.”
